Our Training Commitment

All new joiners to Costello Medical, regardless of which team they join or when, take part in our Induction Programme, which has been designed to cover cultural and practical orientation, information on our service offerings and expertise as well as key technical skills. We ensure that all new starters have the foundation knowledge needed to make a positive start at Costello Medical.

This commitment to training continues throughout your time with us, with bespoke training offered at different stages of your career. Our internal training programme includes structured sessions provided periodically for each role you progress to in the company. Our in-house technical and soft skills training, led by members across all divisions, include topics such as leadership and confidence, and contribute to our supportive and collaborative culture. Our proactive approach to training ensures everyone can develop the skills they need in order to flourish throughout their career.

We also provide everyone with opportunities to undertake external training and qualifications. In 2020 10% of our team completed a formal external qualification.
